Curated Soft has been working with startups since it’s inception, and we understand the unique challenges startups face – from limited resources in HR and budget to shorter timelines to investor relations. We have helped a number of startups with minimal viable product development (MVP development), that allowed them to successfully launch and progress with getting the funding and conquering new markets.
Our whole team is passionate about startups – from developers, to project mangers, designers all the way to our CEO who has spent hundreds of hours coaching and mentoring startups in various stages.
Startup MVP Development Stages
Getting to Know the Client
We listen to our client to learn about them, their background and idea for a startup. We analyze functional requirements, formulate specifications and estimate cost for MVP development of the future project.
Prototyping and MVP
We assemble and demonstrate prototype interfaces — if everything looks fine, begin development. We call this process a Design Sprint.
Development
We develop the product in 1-2 week cycles (sprints). By the end of each sprint we show the product demo and plan the next iteration. This process allows for transparency and accountability during the MVP development process.
Project delivery and warranty support
When the development is complete, you get a fully functional project and a 6 month warranty to fix bugs, if detected.
